Coffee Infused American Brown Ale
Two of the worlds best merge, as Ale and Java become one. Our American Brown Ale unites with locally roasted and cold extracted Ethiopian Sidamo (Sidecar Coffee Roasters) in what is best described as absolute goodness. Each sip brings forth a velvety smooth blend of cocoa, coffee and cream. Good morning!!

Resting upon three wheels pointing in different stylistic directions sits this hybrid of an ale. Wheel #1 spins toward a cream ale, another approaches a wheat, and yet a third rolls near a pale ale. Working together they drive Tricycle to a slightly sweet and citrusy state backed with just enough hop bitterness to remain upright. Ride On!

Cocoa Espresso Milk Stout
Have you ever reveled in the essence of a chocolate-covered espresso bean? How about in form of a beer? Here is your shot. This full bodied, creamy, Milk Stout has been touched by the gentle hand of Sidecar Coffee Roasters. A rich, but smooth option, boasting notes of roast and cocoa right alongside velvety sweetness.

Brewer Shirts may not have been discarded, BrewHouse backflips not attempted, but don't think we aren't dancing in our own little way. Our flagship American IPA is finally born. A tropical, citrusy, floral blend of hops bring hints of apricot, peaches and grapefruit. Crisp and refreshingly refreshing. Group Hugs all around.

American Pale Wheat Ale
A hop driven, sessionable American Pale Wheat Ale. Crafted with a focus on complementing a mellow malt sweetness with tropical hop notes. An ale to be enjoyed throughout our MidWestern Summer. Lawn mowed? Grab an Equatorial. Heading to a music festival? #GOTR - Grab an Equatorial. Floating down a NE Iowa river? Grab an Equatorial. You follow?
You have an affinity for Witbiers, Wheat Ales, and IPA's? Hmmm… so do we. As a matter of fact, we enjoy each style to such a degree that one morning we elected to brew all three - at once. Prepare to revel in the outcome. The foundation for IPA Blanco is laid by traditional Belgian Wit grains (Pilsen / White Wheat / Oats) and spiced with cracked coriander, orange and grapefruit zest. Hops bound straight out of an IPA recipe (Cascade / Centennial / Columbus) and the yeast straight off a batch of American Hefeweizen. This fusion of beer styles results in a hazy, spirited brew proud to be part of the American Nanobrewery Hybrid Ale Revolution.

As rayless in color as its name implies, but beware, do not let the appearance of this one fool you. Positively hop forward, both in terms of aroma and palate. A mellow, subtle roastiness allows the pronounced hop character to shine within this glass of darkness.

India Session Ale
An American IPA gone sessionable. All of the bright, hoppy excellence - less of the tip your bike over ABV. Lively notes of fruit and citrus bring to life a clean, delicate Pilsen malt base. Our GoTo Ale when staying Swift is a priority.

Brewed with the Iowa Games SnowShoe competitors in mind, this Winter Ale is a bit of a warmer, coming in at just under 7% ABV. Roastiness abounds as coffee and dark chocolate flavors mingle with hints of caramel and a nice hoppy bitterness. A daring yet easy drinking selection.

Cocoa Raspberry Porter (CRP)
American Porter with Raspberry
Finally, a reason to get fired up about Valentines Week - Cupid strikes gold with CRP. This American Porter pours a funky, purple hued deep brown. The aroma and flavor follow suit on the funk. Intense cocoa on the nose. Chocolate and coffee flavors burst forth, but are quickly nudged aside by a tempered, tart finish.

February - March
April - May
American Blonde Ale with Strawberry
A Pilsen and white wheat base provide delicate malt sweetness. Honey, Munich and caramel malts contribute character to pair with a unique, fruity hop profile. 90 LB of locally harvested strawberries (Heartland Farms) work with Huell Melon and Amarillo to successfully distribute Summertime into your glass.
OG: 1.060, IBU:36, ABV: 7.1%
Our annual celebration of maltiness. Brewed true to style, this Märzen boasts a full body, rich and toasty throughout. The traditional celebration in Munich goes on for 16 Days, but we place no restrictions on your timetable for being festive. Prost!
September - October
The convergence of two great beer styles. Belgian Tripel mingles with American IPA in the new-fashioned ale. Hops contribute tropical fruit and citrus aromatics. Belgian yeast chimes in with complex flavor and fragrance - fruity, spicy and a touch earthy. The finish is mighty, bitter and crisp.

November - December
Cocoa Mint Milk Stout
The utilization of Cacao Nibs, Sidecar Coffee Roasters Espresso and organically grown mint leaf make this Milk Stout a true original. Milk Stouts begin more sweet than the standard American Stout and this one is no exception. A full bodied, creamy beer carrying with it wave upon wave of joyous flavor.\

December - January
From Time to Time
If you visit our Tap Room enough you are bound to run into some of these.
The stout formerly known as Cold War. The "restructuring" of our recipe now permits all of the grain necessary to brew this beast to fit within the mash tun on brewday, hence bringing about the end of Cold War. Full disclosure, with glastnost (openness) in mind, someone may have already trademarked Cold War. Cheers to Perestroika!

A wheat showcase, with a side of barley. Two Row Barley schemes with red, white and torrified wheat in the formation of this mildly malty ale. A fresh bread dough-like sweetness is offset by striking citrus notes and a mellow hop bite. Will you #reTwheat? Enjoy Tweeps! #TFTF

Oatmeal Coffee Stout
A carefully crafted Oatmeal Stout, infused with locally roasted (Sidecar Coffee Roasters) Brazilian coffee, then given an Ecuadorian cacao nib steeping. The result? A cool, creamy bodied beer with nutty, chocolate, and of course "Roasted" notes throughout. Great in the morning, just as good in the evening.
