Our Brewhouse dropped on location last Friday via flatbed truck straight outta Escondido, CA. Big thanks to Rob, Michelle and the rest of the crew at Premier Stainless getting us set up with this 3 BBL system.
One fork lift, one hole in a wall, and a rotating crew of 6 guys later the tanks were off the truck and into the building. In these photos your are looking at a HLT (Hot Liquor Tank), a Mash Tun, a Brew Kettle, 4 cylinder-conical fermentation vessels, 4 BBT’s (Brite Beer Tanks), a stop sign, and the famous wall hole. 2 more BBT’s are on the way!
