BLUEBERRY INFUSED BLONDE ALE

If you liked Anna Marie, we suggest letting the joy of summertime continue with her sister, Gracie Elisabeth. With this American Blonde we once again marry hop characteristics to those of a beautiful fruit.  Mosaic, known for its complex, fruity flavor profile (notably blueberry) was added liberally throughout the boil.  Once fermentation was complete we brought Mosaic back around for a double dry hopping session all while resting this delicate ale upon 75 pounds of blueberry puree. 

Look for this beer in July.
